N11 DEVELOPMENT

Description
Garage and light industrial warehousing park underway!
Information
Filling up our cars or trucks can be a tedious errand that we all dread. What if your car/truck also needs fine tuning whilst you are on the road – where will you go? Imagine a close by one-stop filling station where you are able to do all of the latter without much effort! This is exactly what Ni-Da has in mind with its exciting new development on Erf 15224 located on the outskirts of Newcastle. The property in question is 8.3269 ha in extent, and adjacent to the N11 bypass, which is ideal for establishing such a filling station. It is also not a surprise that Newcastle Municipality earmarked this area for future development. A comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is currently being undertaken, to ensure that no harm is done to the environment. A Traffic Impact study as well as a Socio-Economic study had been completed, which indicates that this site is well suited for the intended development. Once the EAI is finalized, a license for the construction of a filling station will be obtained, after which Ni-Da will start with the actual building of structures on this property. A ‘light industrial warehousing park’, will be built, which includes a filling station and any industrial type of business, such as a truck workshop or tyre outlet. If you are interested in operating your industrial type business from this site, then please do not hesitate to contact George Heyneke at 034 312 2600 for more information.
